The County Attorney’s Office handles the filing and prosecution of all criminal, traffic and juvenile offender cases as well as providing legal services for children in need of care. The office provides victim witness information and assistance and legal advice to elected officials of the county. The County Attorney office appears in the District Court representing the state in all criminal related matters.
